You are only able to login to our support portal, if you ave a Simplifier MyId account that is marked as support user.

Your Simplifier responsible can manage the support users of your company. Please contact him to get a user if required.

To login click the login button on the right top corner. You will be directed to the login page. Click the "Login" button to login with your Simplifier MyID account by using the method "Login as customer/partner".
